Hello!

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 in July 2022. Now the new version 2023 is coming.
Can I get the update to version 2023 discounted or even still free?

I think it is a little late to be asking for a free upgrade, but take a look at this article.  It doesn't hurt to ask.  And please report back if you are successful.
