Photoshop Elements 2023 has stopped opening

I'm not sure what has happened to my Photoshop Elements 2023 program. It worked last week, but not (like other posts) now. The "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Workspace" notification just spins until it quits. The same thing happens for the Organizer, but the Premier section opens fine. After trying a simple reboot I have uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled the program to no avail. I followed the "suggestions" in other posts, but didn't have any success.

Any additional help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestions. The creative cloud "resolution" didn't work for Elements.

I needed Photoshop up and running, so I just bit the bullet and bought the upgraded 2024 version. The problem wasn't resolved, but I am back in business. Thanks again.

In the future (Why I asked about plugins / actions): Press and hold your left shift, then click on the icon used to start the editor, answer yes when offered the chance. Doing that will keep plugins and other added stuff from being loaded givingyou a relatively clean start.

No, sir, I have not. There's no thing that I can point to that might be causative. When I installed this version I was in a Win 10 os environment. I had upgraded to win 11 and everything was working fine. Last week I was able to publish a number of files without a hitch. I did have an unexpected Win 11 update that seemed to be a bit "off" and I could roll back to the previous point, but if there was something obvious that I am missing I wanted to try it first.
