Photoshop Elements 2023 Install

I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 2023 (Mac), downloaded it and installed it, however I cannot launch the program as I receive the following termination error message:

DYLD, [0x1] Library missing

Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help.

    There seems to be a missing binary in the installation of the application. How did you install Photoshop Elements?

    Please try these steps and let us know if it helps.

    Uninstall Photoshop Elements using the CC Cleaner tool. Make sure Photoshop Elements directories are deleted from Applications. Then reinstall the application from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/download-install-photoshop-elements.html
