Hi, I just updated to 2023. From our last journey I have a lot of photos to which I wanted to add the locations. However, not possible, the map area remains dark grey, whatever place I enter it is not recognized. Bug or feature?

Are you connected to the internet when using organizer?   I ask because some users in the past "who know their way around computers" have had similar errors- which was due mostly to something they did-- stopping many of the adobe background processes for example, or turning off their internet connection, or their anti virus software was interfering.

Others, from about 4 years ago with pse 2019 had the same issue for a couple of reasons:   That had dual monitors, or was working with a laptop in a docking station.

Another issue from 5 years ago was an incompatability with OpenGL.  some docking stations do not support Open GL.

One more thing:   If you have a separate monitor: using a hdmi cable has fixed this issue for a couple of users

Could you please check, if media filter is not applied.

Goto View -> media type and make sure all the options are checked.

HERE IUS SOMETHING TO TRY:

GO TO THE ORGANIZER PREFERENCES.

CHANGE THE COUNTRY TO SOMETHING OHTER THAN WHERE YOU ARE.

RESTART THE PROGRAM.

GO BACK AND CHANGE THE COUNTRY BACK TO WHERE YOU ARE.

ONR LAST THING:

DO WHAT THE ARROW IS POINTING TO:
