Photoshop Elements 2023 on Second computer

I have PSE 2023 on my Dell Window 10 laptop. I want to download it onto my new Lenovo Window 11 laptop. I signed in and selected the exe file but part way through the installation it stops with the message " The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP120.DLL was not found".

How do I solve this?
