Photoshop Elements 2023 Photo Editor will not load anymore

After using Photoshop Elements 2023 on Windows 11 for some weeks, the photo editor suddenly doesn't load anymore. The problem appeared on my laptop as well on my pc. Is there a problem in the software? Do other people have the same problem?

The organizer however works. The problem stays even after re-installation.
