Photoshop Elements 2023 purchase?

I specifically need Elements 2023, which I can download but when I go to purchase the license it only gives me Elements 2024, would this licence work for 2023? Thanks!

    Once a new version of photoshop elements comes out, Adobe stops selling all previous versions.

    Photoshop elements 2023 should still be available online through third party stores or your local box store.
