Photoshop Elements 2023 - 'Save for Web Error' NOT RESOLVED

I have this 'Save for Web' error using Photoshop Elements 2023 with macOS Monterey 12.7.5 on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

This error like many on this forum have experienced, does not appear to be resolved and I've spent some time looking.

I have added Photoshop Elements to Accessibility in the Security and Privacy pert of System Preferences, but this does not resolve the problem.

Adobe don't appear to be offering a solution.

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

You barely have told us what's going on, other than to say "I have this "Save for web error."
What error?
What's the actual error message?
What are you actually doing when you get the error?
What are trying to do When the problem happens?

Screenshots, actual screenshots and not pictures of your computer screen taken with you phone help too.

Apologies, I forgot the most important bit.

I am getting the following message when trying to save for web, both trying to save as a jpg or png. As soon as I click on 'save for web' the following message appears.

The dialog box doesn't come up first, it goes straight to the error message.
I am obviously trying to save for web when the problem happens.
It happens if I'm editing a Photoshop document, PhotoshopPDF, jpg or png. The same error comes up when attemption to save for web.
Do let me know if you need more information.
