avant la dernière mise a jour de windows il fonctionnait très bien

Have you tried printing in the Organizer? If not, try saving the file to the Organizer and printing from there.

If you are having problems with printing, try resetting the preferences file. Go to the Edit>Preferences>General tab (or press Ctrl+K) and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.

Merci beaucoup toutefois ca ne fonctionne pas. Il reconnait mon imprimante car je peux récupérer une image scannée dans l'imprimante mais le logiciel ferme complèment lorsque j'essaie d'imprimer et tout le travail disparait comme s'il n'a jamais exister.

pour plus de details, je peux traiter une image, mais aussitot que je veux l'imprimer il ferme et tout mon travail disparait
