Photoshop Elements 2024 as a gift

I would like to gift a friend Photoshop Elements 2024 as a gift but cannot find a boxed product nor can I find a "card" that contains an activation code.

Is there anyway to give a physical product be it boxed or an activation card to someone? If so where do I find it? I have looked at Best Buy, Walmart and Staples with no luck in finding it.
