Photoshop Elements 2024 doesn't appear in my account

Hello,

I bought Photoshop Elements 2022 (which appears in my adobe account) then bought the 2024 update.

I bought a new computer but there is no sign of the 2024 update purchase in my account, therefore I cannot install it on my new computer (the serial number for the 2022 version doesn't work for the 2024 version).

Is there a way to recover the serial number for the 2024 version? I am currently using the 2024 version on my windows tablet.
