Photoshop Elements 2024 erneut aktivieren

Question

Ich möchte meine 2024 Version auf einen neuen PC umziehen.

Ich habe mich deshalb auf dem alten PC abgemeldet und laut Anleitung auf
https://account.adobe.com/products
die Seriennummer eingegeben, um die Version von 2024 zu downloaden und zu installieren.

Es erscheint aber die Fehlermeldung “Diese Seriennummer wird bereits verwendet.”

Kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir helfen?

There really is nothing you can do. That message can also mean you have installed it on two different computers, and that’s all that is allowed.

It really does not matter if you’ve installed it on once computer or 20.

Adobe no longer resets “Activations”-- they stopped doing that two years ago.

You will see posts about resetting activations- they are all before Jun 2024 when Adobe stopped resetting activations.

Your only realistic option: Just purchase the latest version.
