Photoshop elements 2024 screen flickers

Hello,

 

I bought Photoshop elements 2024 today.

When trying to work with the organizer, the screen keeps flickering.

Looking for solutions the ones given send me to options in the menu that aren't there (perhaps they are in Photoshop, but not in Photoshop Elements 2024.

My Intel drivers are up to date.

Please help.

    Are you talking about the Editor or the Organizer (or both)?

     

    In the Editor, go to Edit>Preferences>Performance and uncheck the box for Use Graphics Processor for improved performance:

     

     

    If the problem is with the Organizer, you can go to the Performance tab in Preferences there too, and try unchecking the boxes.

      I don't have these options.

      Is that a difference between Photoshop and Photoshop Elements?

       

      I tried to uncheck the options shown, but that made no difference.

      That is yoiur preference file for Organizer.  You need the preference file for the editor.
