Photoshop Elements 2025

Telling us that the program "stopped working" doesn't tell us very much.  Please be more descriptive in what is happening.  

Is it failing to launch? Are you launching from the Home Screen?

Try going to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2025 folder, right-click on the file named PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe and select Run as Administrator.

Are you using the Elements Organizer?  If so, media analysis may be running in the background and this can sometimes interfere with the Editor running.

Go to the Windows Task Manager.  If the Elements Auto Creations 2025 process is running, end it and then try to launch the Editor.

Have you installed any plug-ins?  If yes, press the Shift key while launching the Editor and accept the option to disable plug-ins.

If none of these suggestions are applicable.  Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

(https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) Make sure you are signed into your Adobe account and try typing Agent when the chat window opens. (If you use my link, the chat window should open automatically.)  With your permission, Support can take control of your computer to diagnose the problem.
