Photoshop Elements 2025 does not funcion

Question

I have installed Photoshop Elements 2025 to my computer, Windows 10 Home N, 2H22.

Installation went OK, but the program does not work. Photo editor is loading some time, but then nothing happens.

The computer gives a notification that MFPlat.DLL is not found. I have installed Media Feature Pack, but it doesnt help. What can I do to get the program to work?

This seems to be a Microsoft issue, not Adobe.  See if the solution found here works for you.  Otherwise, I suggest contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by going to the Contact Adobe Support page and a chat window should open. Make sure you are signed into your Adobe account and try typing Agent when the chat window opens.  This will avoid going through the robo chat.
