Photoshop Elements 2025 Editor on Mac shifts timestamp when editing HEIC images

When editing HEIC images in Photoshop Elements 2025 Editor on Mac (Sequoia 15.5) and saving them as JPEG, the timestamp of the JPEG is 2 hours ahead of the orginal HEIC. My timezone is CET.

I take most of my photos with my iPhone, and I often do adjustments to them in the Elements editor. It is very cumbersome to always have to adjust the time of the JPEG 2 hours back in time, to preserve a correct timeline.

The same issue is present in Elements Editor 2023.
