Photoshop elements 2025 & Photoshop Premiere Elements 2025 bundle/package

Last month I got a new PC with Windows 11.  In addition to other programs, my IT guy installed (I thought) Photoshop Elements 2025 & Photoshop Premiere Elements 2025 - purchased as a bundle/package and paid for a three-year license.  Today for the first time I tried to open and use it.  When I clicked on the Photoshop icon on my desktop, I got a screen that showed the Organizer, Photo Editor and Video Editor icons.  The Organizer opened, but when I clicked on the Photo Editor button it told me to download my free trial.  And it wouldn't go any further.  I opened my Adobe "my account" page, and it shows my name and that I have this package, expiring next September, but it then has a download button.  Does that mean that the download process was not completed by my IT person and I have to figure out how to do the rest of this stuff all by myself?

I did then click that download button, but I have no idea what to do next.  I looked in my Downloads file, which shows that both Photoshop Elements and Premiere elements application files were downloaded both in September and then again today (see two photos).  So why is it not allowing me to open and use the program?    Any help will be gratefully accepted.   I know very little about IT stuff and will need the "for dummies" version of suggestions.   What do I have to do now?

The Adobe Support link worked like a charm.  Especially after I typed in "Agent" - even though I still had to answer a series of bot questions before an actual agent came on the line.  I then talked with him on the phone.  It sounded like this happens a lot because he said something about a glitch and knew exactly what had happened.  For whatever reason, the Photo Editor portion of the package had not actually downloaded onto my computer, even though we thought it had.  So he took control of my computer for less than five minutes, installed the Photo Editor, and all is now fine and working.  Thanks again to both of you for your comments and help.

Mary, I have removed one of your screenshots because it contains your personal information.

If you are having problems with Glenn's suggestion or you are still having issues, you should contact Elements support. You can start a chat session by going to the Contact Adobe Support page. (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) Make sure you are signed into your Adobe account and try typing Agent when the chat window opens. (If you use my link, the chat window should open automatically.)  If necessary, and with your permission, Adobe Support can take control of your computer and figure out what needs to be fixed.

Thanks, Glenn and Greg.  I will give it another try.  It just seemed strange to me that two of the three would open, but the photo editor did not.  I didn't want to click on the free trial button in case that might mess up my three-year license which I already paid for.

When pse 2025 was purchased last month did you use the same email address for each?   It's generally the same one associated with your login on this page.      There really is no reason for you to redownload.

A note or two: There are no more serial numbers to worry about.

From the screen you see on your desktop (NOT the image below) click on the editor.   Once it starts please make a screenshot of the entire program you see.

More than likely you will see a login screen.  make sure you use the same email you have for this page.

Please let me know if this works.

Further to the above,  I just went back into the program, and found that both the Organizer and the Video editor will open, but the Photo  Editor will not open, and only gives me the free trial option.  Sorry for any confusion.
