photoshop elements 2025 plante alors que la version 2023 fonctionne parfaitement

Je viens d'acquérir Photo Elements 2025 et l'éditeur plante. Impossible d'ouvrire une image et l'éditeur se bloque . Avec la version 2023, je n'ai pas de pb.

Are you able to open the program before attempting to open a file?

What kind of file are you attempting to open? If you are opening a raw file, you need to download the Camera Raw plug-in from the Help menu.

Are you using the Organizer? If so, how many media files do you have? And do you have any files that have been synced with the Elements Cloud/Web service?
