Photoshop elements 2026 a été installé mais ne fonctionne pas. Après intervention chez un technicien informatique il s'avère que avec un PROCESSUR INTEL PENTIUM GOLD G6405 le logiciel ne marche pas. Je suis en windows 11 64 bits.

Installation de photoshop elements 2026 sur un deuxième ordi. Mais l’application ne s’exécute PAS.

Après passage chez un technicien informatique, il s’avère qu’avec un PROCESSEUR INTEL PENTIUM GOLD G6405 ce logiciel ne fonctionne pas. Le logiciel se ferme immédiatement avec un code exception 0xc000001d.

Alors que faire avec un ordi configuré en Windows 11 64 bits ?

Your CPU is a very low end CPU, and probably cannot handle the program.

It’s probably related to your graphics driver (being integrated with the cpu never helps)

Graphics Driver & GPU Detection

In Windows, go to Device Manager → Display adapters and ensure the correct GPU is set as primary.
If using a discrete GPU, make sure it’s enabled and not being forced to offload to Intel.
