Photoshop Elements 2026 crashes intermittently on Windows 11

Hi,

I am currently testing Photoshop Elements 2026 on my Windows 11 desktop computer. The program sometimes crashes intermittently when I open a photo. Once it crashes, it will no longer launch properly.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

• Restarted Windows 11

• Ran Photoshop Elements as an administrator

• Uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop Elements 2026 (it worked briefly before crashing again)

Please note that I also have Photoshop (Professional version) installed on the same system, and it works fine.

Could you please help me determine what might be causing this issue?
