Photoshop Elements 24 editor will not open on Macbook pro

Hello,

After months of working fine, today my Photoshop Elements 24 editor stopped opening  on my Macbook pro running samona 14.2. I have not installed any new plugins. 

I have tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times and still the editor will not open. 

 

Any advice..... please

I was able to get PSE 24 working again by first deleting the PSE_24.0 Folder located in Users-Shared-Adobe-Installer-Icons. I then reinstalled PSE 24 and the editor then opened.

I am now having the same issue. Running 15.5  The Editor worked fine just a couple of days ago.
