photoshop elements 6 to a new lap top can it be done

ok yes I am using old software ( photoshop elements 6) but i use it for scrapbooking so it works great for what i need. my qestion is how do I transfer it to my new computer. I have a cd if that helps. It still works great on my old desk top so if need be I will make that computer a dedicated scrapbooking and not worry about transferring it. I still have the serial number but it says that it is already in use??

your os is not compatible with 32 bit apps like pse 6
