Photoshop Elements 7 / 11 photo editors are not working anymore

Dear Experts,

after a lot of attempts to solve the following problem I ask you for your help. I am working with Photoshop Elements 7 and 11 (in combination with Windows 10) and since a few days I have a problem to start the photo Editors. They don't show the menue scripts (as you can see in the picture attached).

I tried with CTRL K to open the Preference window and allow to use "Standard scripts" - but I am not able to solve this problem in Elements 11.

The photoeditor in Elements 7 is not starting probably anyway. The funny thing beside this is, that the organizers in both programs are working fine.

I am not able to attach a JPG to Show you my problem...  (Image type forbidden)

Do you have any Idea what could be the problem?

Liebe Experten,

nach unzähligen Anläufen, Information im Netz zu finden und den Fehler zu beheben bitte ich um Hilfe. Seit einigen Tagen kann ich den Fotoeditor sowohl in Elements 7 und 11 nicht mehr verwenden. Die Menüschriften werden nicht mehr angezeigt.

Ich habe mittels STRG K versucht die Voreinstellungen zu ändern, auch das hat nicht funktioniere, da das Menü nicht fehlerfrei angezeigt wird. Interessanterweise funktionieren die Organizer der beiden Programme einwandfrei.

Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht.

Könnt ihr mir helfen, habt Ihr eine Idee woran es liegen kann?
