photoshop elements 7 download

I had a cd that i used in the past to load the program.  It no longer worked but still have serial #.  I lost through file cleaning elements 7.  for some reason elements 7 download  is atrial version even though i have a registered #.  I need a link to gt this pld version back.  Can't seem to make dobe understand that i have a perpetual version of this.  It is on my other comuter but I can't seem to install on this one even though it worked fine before.
