Photoshop Elements 7 serial number problem

Hi guys. Three days ago i had a blackout while the computer was on. When i opened Photoshop it started asking me the serial number behind the box, but i haven't it because Photoshop Elements 7 was preinstalled on pc ( the pc is a Packard Bell). How can i do to recover the serial number?
