I have PhotoShop Elements 7 on my laptop that I use for my photo booth.  After upgrading to WINDOWS 10 PhotoShop Elements 7 does not open fully and I cannot use it.   It creates the "FOOTER"  that details the type of event with the name & Date on the bottom of the Photo Strip.  Will my saved footer templates be changed by upgrading to PhotoShop Elements 15?  I need to know urgently.  Time is of the essence.  thank you.

I don't understand your problem at all, but the quickest way to know might be to download the trial version of Elements 15 (if your hardware meets the system requirements)?
