Photoshop Elements 8 license key

I am currently installing my new PC and stumble when I try to install Photoshop Elements 8. I got this software as part of a SW package when purchasing a Canon 9000F flatbed scanner.

When using the delivered Adobe Installation DVD (QH7-4896-01) it requests that I enter a serial number, which I cannot recall having seen nor used when initially installing the SW on my "old" PC.

How can I retrieve this serial number to conclude the installation?

I entered my Adobe account and found the Serial Number. It seems to have
done the trick.
