Photoshop Elements 9

My  Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 doesn't work any more on my PC with Windows 10.

I need your help, what can be the Problem, please advise.

    I print my photos on a contact sheet.   I don't have the menus anymore either. However I found if I opened Elements 9, re-sized the window, then used Explorer to get my photos in a minimized screen, I could click and drag them to the photoshop screen, individually, or as a group and then print them.   Hope this helps someone.

    Since I download Windows 10, there is no item list on each menu....

    Request you to please install all latest Windows updates on your system.

    Do you get any error messages?. When did it last work?.

    Mine says it needs directx 9 to work but Windows 10 only seems to have 12, although it was working ok only a few weeks ago.
