Have photoshop elements 9 and I need to place text in talk bubble. Currently the text does not show. When clicking in talk bubble error message was for URL could not be found.

Genius

If you have the talk bubble positioned exactly where you need it use the menu:

Layer >> Flatten Image

Then select the T tool and type your text inside it.
