Photoshop elements costs in USA and in Italy?

Hello,
I would like to purchase Photoshop Elements for my windows 10 , but I see that in USA it costs 69 $

In Italy costs 101,26 €

I don't know why in Italy there's no discount at the moment , but I wonder, is it possible purchase from usa at 69$?
And if I purchase the one in USA, I could have problems with setting Italian language ?
Or I can install also italian language also from the USA version?
I mean, if there's discount in USA, it should be this the time to purchase for me that I can afford at the moment...
Do you know something about or I can contact email of Adobe to ask questions?

Hello. Someone that have purchased adobe photoshop elements with Paypal, can tell me if is like for the credit card , that is not possible to remove it from Adobe 's account?

Also with Paypal, once payment is done, is not permitted in the account to delete the Paypal address? Usually when I do a purchase in other website, I can remove credit card or Paypal address so I wonder if there is a way to remove it ?

Hello, I ve found an Adobe authorized reseller in Italy and I have a question, to purchase the licence from this authorized reseller, we have to register an account. The email of the purchase must match with the email I've registered here on my Adobe account , or I can use also my other email, and is it indifferent that will match here, since Im purchasing from a reseller and not directly at adobe.com?

We have to activate then the key after purchase the licence and come on the Adobe website and register the licence.

I don't think people can impersonate Adobe. This looks as genuine Adobe account on Amazon, right?So I can purchase from amazon, in Italy, the adobe photoshop?

It probably is OK.

There is a difference between purchasing directly from Adobe and purchasing through Amazon from Adobe:

If you purchase directly from Adobe, you can return it for a refund within 30 days, but if purchased through Amazon at the Adobe Store, you have to follow Amazon's return policy if you wish to return it.

Thanks a lot for the info. But also by purchasing from Amazon , I will have a software downloaded on my pc or it will be an application software , I mean can I still save the software on my pc or it's just an application?

And why to purchase on Amazon cost half the price than purchase on adobe? I don't know the differences, it seems strange...
it's really the same software one time purchase downlodable on my pc and with my key activation code?

Ok. I 've tried to purchase Adobe Photoshop Elements, but my brother change idea: he was doubtful about to pay with credit card, and searches more informations, but he was worried because he reads that Adobe keep the credit card 'saved' and it was not possible anymore forever to delete a credit card once it's been insert the data on Adobe... .

my brother says that it's the first time that hear that a company don't permit to delete a credit card, after it's been made a payment...

my brother don't want to buy anymore if don't find another way to pay it. (It was a gift from him, so I wonder, he can pay with bank transfer or other payments?).
I don't know why is not possible to delete personal datas after a payment.
I m also concerned about giving Paypal , I wonder if my paypal address will be not possible to delete from adobe account?

I don't want to keep my payments cards in websites...

I hope there is a way, for pay the software but just like other websites, in which we can pay and remove the payments cards.

I would imagine there a "tariffs" and fees which account for the difference in price. I'm not a lawyer- but buying software from a U.S. website while living in another country seems a bit sketchy, unless you are in the military for example. There some things in play here, which are guesses on my part:

There appears to be a standard 20% markup on Adobe products that are not sold in the U.S.

They also charge more in other countries, other than the U.S. simply becouase they can.

I went to the italia site and was charges the full price of $108--- I didn't complete the transaction.

The language is set up during installation- that's when you choose Italian / English / whatever is available in your country.

1. once I download Photoshop Elements 2023 I will be able to install it also if I change computer in future, I mean my key activation will be always usable? Or the activation code will expire one day? I mean I can always use the software ?

You use the redemption code once to get a serial number. You keep the serial number and may install it and activate it on up to two computers for use only by you. You may deactivate an installation so that you may install and activate on another computer.
