Photoshop elements crash

Everything worked fine until a pop up window stating 'Organizer does not work' nothing happened and the program crashed.

The day afterwards the program was completely removed from my computer... like it de-installed itself.

I've been put on hold for almost an hour by Adobe helpdesk before they put the phone on the hook, so no help there.

I would like to know asap how to reinstal photoshop Elements without having to pay for it again.
