Photoshop elements does not display Activated Devices

Did you get any resolution to this please?

I appear to have the same issue.

I purchased Adobe Photoshop elements 2021 most likely in 2021 and have used it on a couple of computers since which have now both been restored and sold. I wasn't aware I had to sign them out of Adobe first and therefore I can not now install to the new PC I am setting up as it claims........

"The serial number xxxxxx is already in use by the maximum number of computers. You need to activate the other computer within 30 days to use this product."

Did you find a work around please?
