Photoshop Elements download bricht im letzten Moment ab

Downlaod gestartet, Kennnummer eingegeben, Download startet und läuft bis anscheinend einer letzten Prüfung ab. Dann Kommt Feherlermeldeung :

An eroor occured during installation of assembly component.

(97F81AF-1-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}.HRESULT: 0x80070002.

Nach "Okay" wird der gesamte Installationsvorgang rückgängig gemacht.

Was tun?

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?

Could you please share a screenshot of the error message that you see, as in the software if installation fails, there isn't any option to press 'OK' and the software wont undo the installed folders, and instead would repair them in next try of installation.

and thanks for your answer.

I send you teh expected sreenshot. My PC-System is Windows 10. On my old

PC (Updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10) it was running.
