Photoshop Elements Editor 22 refuses to launch! Grrrrrr

Hi, pls see attached video.  Last week, no issues with this.  This week, for some reason, the Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor will not launch.  I've tried launching directly from the .EXE and set it to launch as administrator, no joy.  Rebooted, thinking some MS update screwed it up, still no joy.  Both Adobe Premier Elements and Photoshop Elements organizer launch fine.  And no, the editor won't launch from Organizer either.  This seems to be a known issue based on the other posts.  What's the fix please?  Why did I spend my $$ on the upgrade again?  😛

    Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the product?

    Hi Vipin.  Adobe tech support had to get into my PC remotely and change all my user privelages in all the folders, including the catalog.  It solved the problem.  I believe it had something to do w/ the last MS upgrade to Windows 10, because it correlated with the start of the trouble.  Regardless, was grateful for the assistance and happy to have it working again.  An uninstall and reinstall is a pretty last resort response, I would not have done it given the time required and potential hazards/pitfalls unless Adobe had exhausted all other options.
