Photoshop Elements features

Hello everybody!

Since I can no longer use my Adobe Photoshop program with the new macOS Catalina, I am now looking for an alternative for Photoshop. I don't need the program too often, so an Adobe Photoshop subscription is no longer worth it for me. Basically only the following is important to me:

- Small retouching is possible (such as with the area repair brush or the copy stamp in Adobe Photoshop)
- Black and white, with adjustment of the gray tones of the individual colors of the picture

Are these features also available in Photoshop Elements?
