PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS FREEZES / locks up

Just purchased Elements Photo and Video combo , it keeps crashing , then doing a simple slide show export i just freezes , not to happy with the results so far , I have a high-end gaming PC and run lots of high-end software, never have issues like this.

Locked up on install, its bloatware , many gigabytes just to install , then below it locks up and after 20minutes I do a CRL- ALT-delete  

Can I get my money back

Hi Brock,

Please follow below steps:

1. Launch Organizer.

2. Open preferences by Edit->Preferences->FIles. Towards the bottom of dialog there will be a 'Clear Cache' button. Press it and click on 'Yes' button that comes next. Press OK to dismiss preferences dialog.

3. Quit Organizer and launch it again.

4. Select some images (say 5) and try to create a slideshow. See if slideshow is shown/previewed fine. If so, try to export it.

   Please let me know if you still face the issue.
