photoshop éléments jeu de version ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour.Quand je modifie une photo dans photoshop element, le jeu de version apparait en gris dans les vignettes et quand j'ouvre un élément du jeu de version, il est tout gris. Je ne peux ouvrir correctement que l'original. De plus quand je veux modifier une photo, je fais enregistrer sous, je valide et le message s'affiche avec un cadena: modification en cours.  les 2 problèmes sont surement liés. Cordialement

What OS and version of Elements are you using?

Are your photos raw files? If you are using Elements 2023 through 2025, you need to download Camera Raw from the Help menu.

One other possibility is that you are editing the file and saving it at a resolution or size that exceeds the maximum allowable.

If I have not resolved your question, please give us a more detailed description of what you are doing so that we may better understand the problem. Something may be getting lost in the translation.
