Photoshop elements keeps popping up Software License Agreement

PSE 11 worked well for a while after installing Lightroom, but suddenly it started to keep popping up the Software License Agreement window and will not start at all.

It might have a connection with the Lightroom mobile trial (which was not used) that expired recently.

Reinstalling the PSE 11 did not solve the problem even if there was no messages abot errors when reinstalling.

The reult was still the same, Software License Agreement window keeps popping up.

The computer is running win 7 pro 64 bit.

Any hints?

have you tried below mentioned steps

    1. Close all Adobe Products including the Adobe Software License Agreements
    2. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    3. Delete the SLCache folder

if above does not work , please send me logs using below mentioned tool to aksagarw@adobe.com

No success, and as I earlier mentioned, there is no sign in screen shown, only the Software license agreement with buttons Quit and Accept.

    Normally you can click “Sign-in”

Click the button “licence this software” and enter your PSE11 serial number

This should only be required one time.

Well, this is not a normal situation, the only available buttons are QUIT and ACCEPT, if I press accept then the dialog box keeps popping up again and again.
