Photoshop Elements Layer Styles Settings All Changed

Hello, I was using layer styles in Elements yesterday and they all worked  as they should.  I started using it today and it seems all the style specifications have changed from original.  For instance, the bevel and drop shadow numbers are several times higher now when compared to the original (I was able to compare to an old file).  This seems to have happened to all of my styles, see an example attached.  I tried to Reset Preferences and it didn't work.  I posted in the Elements forum with no response.

Any ideas for a fix without re-installing all of my styles?
