Photoshop Elements loading problem

I bought a new Mac and used Time Machine to load all of my old programs.  When I try to open Photoshop Elements, it says it has encountered a problem and gives me the Error Code: 150:30.  I have the original packaging and CD with the serial number, but the new computer does not have a CD slot.  Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

LOCKED, DUPLICATE... go to Loading PSE on a new Mac

    Code 150:30 License fix https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html

Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac, including Apple employees... Mac Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK properly with Adobe program activations due to hidden registration files that are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies

    Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339

-kglad links in reply #1 here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2296468 may help

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs

CS6 and earlier programs have not been tested and will not be updated for Mac El Capitan/Sierra

-which means that you try to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems due to Apple updates

-Adobe has a fix to Apple's problem of not maintaining backward compatibility in El Capitan/Sierra
