Photoshop Elements not compatible with NVIDIA graphic card

Hi, I installed Photoshop Elements 18 on my Windows 10 PC. On my PC I have installed a graphic card NVIDIA GeForce GT710 because the standard graphic card of my PC was not strong enough, as I have a lot of photos. But ... Photoshop Elements 18 refuses to work with this graphic card. When I disable the NVIDIA graphic card and work with the standard graphic card, PE works but ... very slowly and I cannot save my projects. So it's useless.

Anyone any experience with this? Thanks.

Thanks Peru Bob and MichelBParis for thinking with me.

Problem is solved now after second screensharing chat with Adobe Support.

It turned out to be a problem with the settings of the RAM usage of Adobe Elements. It was set now to use 2 GB and everything works fine now. Well, I tested one photo, the big work will be for this weekend.

    Thanks, goodbye,

    Anja

As far as I know, Elements practically never uses the graphic card (some videos and facial features).

    What do you expect?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
