Photoshop Elements Organizer 15 Slideshow Export Failure

i created a very simple slide show in elements 15 organizer. I can preview the show, I can edit, I can save no issues, but when I try to export to disk or to Facebook it faills. I get an adobe dialog box about something about it encountering a problem. I tried to save to different location other default windows 7 video folder thinking it might be a permission issue writing to that directory. But still got same error. Anyone have any ideas? System is windows 7 64 bit up to date on patches. It also has Premier Elements 15 on it In addition to Photoshop Elements 15.

    Solved the problem not the way I would like to do it so still looking for other sugestion. It was a permissions problem. If you manually force it to run as administrator it creates video file just fine. I am sure there is another way to get permissions set correctly. IDEAS?
