Photoshop Elements Organizer - Surface Pro 4

I am in the search of looking for a new laptop and I am seriously considering the Surface Pro4.  I use PSE and PSE Organier A TON and I wanted to know how well it works on the surface pro 4.  I have over 100,000 files (between photos & digital scrapbooking files) and I understand that I will have to transfer all of that onto an external hard drive to be able to use. 

I really just like the idea of having a device that I can anywhere anytime with ease.
