Photoshop elements + Premiere elements 2020 Student License

Hello!

I've just purchased a Premiere Elements 2020 license upgrade from Trial version form.

I've payed Euro 82,96 (VAT included).

I've just noticed that there is a special student license Photoshop elements + Premiere elements 2020. Total price Euro 111,02 (VAT included).

Can I buy this student license adding the money difference that I have already paid.

If yes, how?
