I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 from Wal Mart. I'm just getting around to installing. It will not take my redemption code. Any advice is appreciated.

Exact steps to get your serial key using the redemption code:

Visit Redeem your purchase.

Sign in or create an Adobe ID.

Enter the redemption code, and then click Redeem.

Make a note of the displayed serial number.

Enter the serial number when prompted during installation/ Trial period.
Save the redemption code for future access to your serial number in case you require to reinstall the software.

I did that and got this message: The code you entered is invalid Please try again. This is a product out of the box. Tech support is a no show. Will have to return to best buy.

If you are having troubles converting your redemption code to a serial number, please check the redemption code with the vendor from where you have bought the software.

In case if you have successfully generated your serial key using the redemption code, and now you are not able to use it to license the software, then let us know. We will try to investigate the issue and help you out with a solution.
