Photoshop Elements unable to Start

Downloaded, installed, tried to open and it keeps asking for me to login, which I do and nothing happens. Gave up after 1 hour. I tied logging in first and still no good, uninstalled and downloaded again, same. Rubbish

I am on Mac, when i click on Photoshop elements from the adobe launch app, it just keeps popiing up the you need to sign in to adobe, and do and takes me back to the adobe sign in

Uninstalling it all, trying to install again, I was on Adobe Chat and they were advising this, and they closed the chat on me...this whole process of installing Adobe is not good, i am going to send it back.

I am using someone elses software now, sent the Adobe back
