Can I upgrade from PSE 2018 to PSE 2023 and how much will it cost me?

@fredira, each version of Elements is separate. However, as the owner of a prior version you can get a discount for purchasing a new version. There is currently a 30% special sale price on Elements 2023. But that sale ends today. The normal prior owner discount is about 20%.
