If you are trying to uninstall your program because your computer is destroyed and you are unable to install the program on another computer because of too many activations, there is nothing that we can do to help you.  And Adobe Support won’t help you either.

If you simply want to download the program to a new computer, you can do so from the Products page of your Adobe account.

You’ll need to boot your burned computer, run PSE 15, then Help>Sign Out to de-activate it or it’s gone forever.  However you’re allowed to install PSE on up to 2 computers so you may have one install left.  If you don’t have any installs left, you’re entitled to a $20.00 discount on an upgrade to 2026 as owner of a previous version.  Try it free for 14 days before you buy,
