Photoshop Elements Visual Dictionary- where is it?

Looking for the Elements visual dictionary. The help feature attached to the Elements editor lists a link to it, but Im being sent to a general guide page wherein I dont see any such item. A search for it thru the Adobe site lists this item, but again takes me to the same general user guide page. Where is the visual dictionary? It seems like it would be a handy reference to photgraghy and graphic design terminlogy of which Im not familiar.
