Photoshop elements with photoshop cc

No, Elements is not included with Photoshop CC.

You can only recover your Elements version if you have registered your version on the Adobe site. If you have done this, you need to connect to your account, Click on 'manage', then 'formula or products'. If you have registered, you can recover your license key and download the installer.
